When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to amend details on an order once submitted or redirect orders for security reasons. Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
Delivery times are estimates only.
We will ship your order as quickly as possible. We cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking email, so that you can monitor its progress whilst in transit.
Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please note, however, that our service is not a named delivery service: anyone at the designated address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive. After 5 days without communication, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
